BCA developed a behaviour-change campaign to help reduce HIV infection rates through circumcision. Studies have shown that circumcision can reduce the risk of infection by up to 60%. An innovative campaign using data and behavioural science, coupled with USSD technology, was run in KZN, South Africa.
